I was making up Anna's Birthday invitations and I couldn't decide on the exact word I wanted to use:
So I asked, "Anna which word do you like better attire or apparel?"
"What?" said Anna confused.
David trying to be helpful piped in, "Mom said 'a tire' or 'a barrel'?".
We all had a good laugh before I clarified what I'd actually asked... :O)

...John came running into the room this morning and asked, "Mom does God have underwear or not?"
I had to laugh & think for a moment, but I told him I wasn't sure and I'd have to call my Mom this morning & ask her cause she'd know! :O)
